Initial consultation
After you have contacted us, we will arrange a meeting in person with you to talk through your plans. If you then want to move forward, we can help with the next stage of obtaining drawings and planning is required.

Plans and approvals underway
If you have plans in place, we can help with the specification and at this stage we can provide a budget price or if you need Building Regulations, we can guide you though this.

Full approvals in place
Once planning and Building Regulations are approved, we provide a detailed fixed price with a full cost breakdown and discuss budget options.

Specification and pricing agreed
We will provide you with a programme of works and agree a start date with you

Contracts signed
We will provide a contract to you using the Federation of Master Builders plain English contracts which we require signing before works can commence.
