This house was originally designed by a local architect as a substantial extension and renovation to an existing building. During the initial meetings with the client, it was decided to re-submit the design as a new build. We took on the project during this time and assisted the client through the planning process, re-design including a basement. Co-ordinating architectural services, structural engineers and specialist contractors.
We worked alongside the client to project manage the entire work from demolition of the old farmhouse to the completion of the build including groundworks, the installation of tanked and water managed cellars, state of the art electrical, lighting and entertainment systems. We also included a sprinkler system to the whole house.
