Kingston Construction Hampshire Limited was established in 1991, it is a family run company with two Directors, Mr K Kingston and Mr G Kingston. Both Directors have worked solely within the building industry as craftsman and benefit from the experience generated from 3 generations within this industry.
The work undertaken by the company is varied and comprehensive and ranges from new homes, extensions, refurbishments, listed building work and maintenance. As a company we have worked for Private clients, Land Owners, The Church of England Children’s Society and Industry.
We are Members of the National House Building Council (NHBC) and are happy to become involved at any stage, from conception of an idea to completion of the final project. Kingston Construction embraces modern technology within the industry whilst also has the wealth of experience to build using traditional techniques.
We are Warranted Builders within the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). This is a scheme that can provide insurance backed guarantees for our non house building domestic work. We are monitored and checked by an independent inspector to confirm that we are working within the strict guidelines of the Masterbond Scheme and can therefore be a Warranted Builder.
With the Masterbond scheme comes a Trust Mark Certification, which is a government backed scheme. We are also recognised as an Investors In People (IIP) Company, which again is government backed to promote the good management of staff and training.
Kingston Construction carries public Liability and Employer Liability Insurance, and we are registered carriers of waste under the Control of Pollution Act.
